Return Policy

Thank you for supporting our small business! We strive to ensure you’re thrilled with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
    • Returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
  • Custom or Commissioned Artwork: Due to the personalized nature of custom and commissioned pieces, these items are non-refundable unless damaged during transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within  7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us assess the issue. We’ll work with you to offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads, gift cards, and sale/clearance items are non-refundable.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at iamlwhite.artist@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back.
  3. Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
